Elm Crest Senior Living Community is looking for a Campus Executive Director (LNHA)! The ideal candidate will be a charismatic leader, with a natural high energy! We have a large campus, consisting of 32 Independent Living units, 31 Assisted Living units, and 50 skilled nursing beds. Elm Crest has been serving the Harlan area for over 65 years! Not only our we committed to our community, but providing the best care, with the highest quality to our residents! As the Executive Director at Elm Crest, you will oversee the overall operations of the Community in accordance with ABHM mission and core values, including development and implementation of strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures within the ABHM performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission effectiveness and stewardship.
