Cannabis Packaging Technician

PotCo is hiring a Full Time Packaging Technician
Compensation starts at $18.29 - $21.00 per hour.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Follow all guidelines to meet the company's standards of operations and maintain compliance Accurately weigh, package, and label each product sold, staying within allowed variance Input data into Inventory Software through Microsoft Excel, and Word Communicate effectively with Store Manager and Processing Manager Maintain a positive work environment Ability to problem solve within compliance standards Scale maintenance Maintaining clean workstation Reports to Processing Manager Qualifications and Education Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent Valid Support badge from MED Preferred Skills: Prior packaging experience Metrc scale knowledge Basic math skills Good verbal and written communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to operate standard office equipment Physical and Environmental Requirements: Ability to work (any) 7 days per week including holidays, days, nights, and weekends Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions: Exposure to pollen, allergens, and chemical pesticides in the grow facility or greenhouse General office environment Extended computer usage Extended phone usage including teleconferences Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, chemicals, fumes, dust, odors, extreme heat temperatures, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, noise, protective gear, vibrations, and water Management reserves the right to assign other job duties as necessary.
