We are working with a leading healthcare organization in Wichita, KS, to find an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Manager. This role is essential for overseeing the daily operations of the Cardiovascular department and supporting workflow efficiency. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with other managers and step in as the acting director when needed.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Cath Lab leadership, either as an RN or Radiologic Technologist, and be able to provide clinical and administrative expertise. This full-time, onsite position offers competitive pay, great benefits, and potential relocation assistance.

Salary: $77,000 - $115,000 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations of the Cardiovascular department. Assist with workflow management and provide clinical support when necessary. Collaborate with Cardiovascular and Imaging managers, performing director duties in their absence. Ensure the operational management of Imaging Services is aligned with hospital standards and goals. Lead and build a strong, cohesive team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. Key Qualifications: Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Kansas or Multi-State Compact. Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or nursing. BLS and ACLS certifications required. At least 1 year of Cath Lab leadership experience. Strong clinical, team building, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills: Proven experience in managing cardiovascular care or imaging services. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
