As a key part of World's Corporate Operations, the Carrier Administration and Credentials Teams work closely with all World Insurance branches and our insurance carriers to ensure seamless access to accurate carrier codes. Our Carrier Credentials Systems Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Oversee and maintain the carrier integration Salesforce database programUpdate the carrier integration database during the onboarding and offboarding of World colleagues and addition of new acquisition carrier codes.Coordinate with World's outside vendors for carrier credentials initiatives and database maintenanceRecommend process and procedure improvements to our current workflows and new database workflows.Communicate with carriers and create site login credentials for agents, administrators, and all other World employees as neededCoordinate with newly acquired agencies to streamline credentials integration processOperate within company's workflows and proceduresEvaluate KPIs to ensure timely delivery of servicesPerform other special projects and tasks as assignedRequirements

Qualifications 1 - 3 years of Salesforce database experience1 - 3 years' experience in the insurance industryHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong administrative and computing skills, including SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)Self-motivated and driven with a sense of urgency and ability to balance and meet competing deliverablesEffective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistanceAbility to multitask, prioritize, and use discretion when handling sensitive informationProject management skills including highly organized, collaborative team player with strong attention to detailAbility to use creativity to solve problems and drive continuous improvementDesire to be challenged in a rapidly growing, continuously evolving environmentExcited about the opportunity to join a high growth companyEqual Employment Opportunity
