Ensures the execution of all events during their shift. Quickly responds to the needs of staff and customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
-Stocks, cleans, and maintains the catering facility and equipment.
-Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Lead Set-Up ($23.07/hr, Union position)
In addition to the initial job duties of a Catering team member
-Reports to Catering Management
-Assure all BEOs for building drops/events have been read, completely set, and executed
-Assists in training and guiding new hires on job duties, proper food safety, sanitation procedures, and food presentation
-Setup, clean, and organize catering spaces on non-event days
-Assists in keeping catering storage spaces clean and organized
-Assists any team members with their events/rooms however business needs see fit
