ResponsibilitiesTake ownership for all finance, accounting, reporting and budgeting activities at the local level and lead a small, experienced accounting team while communicating weekly with PE partners.Integrate newly acquired companies as you work with their local Controller, Accountant, Bookkeeper or Office Manager.Pull all data into your accounting software and switch acquired companies from cash to accrual accounting.Coach leaders within acquired companies to help them implement more sophisticated processes.Take ownership for Bank Reporting / Compliance, Operational and Human Resources Reporting, providing the executive team with a dashboard, showing which acquired companies and divisions are performing most effectively.Negotiate with suppliers as you consolidate all newly acquired entities into more attractive procurement contracts.QualificationsOur client is searching for someone with a natural "teaching" style, who would enjoy helping the leaders or owners of acquired companies run their business more effectively. This PE firm does not have a cut-throat mentality. We are searching for someone who is excited to grow this business while making a positive impact on an industry that has been void of more sophisticated leaders for many years.
