Change Management Analyst NOTE: This is a full-time employment opportunity (No C2C, subcontractor or 1099 engagements, please). The candidate MUST be a U.S. Citizen OR Green Card (U.S. Permanent Resident) and complete/pass/hold a Public Trust background investigation. This candidate must be local to the DC/MD/VA area since occasional meetings will be required at the client site (Maryland).

Daily Responsibilities:Develop and coordinate Change Management (OCM)/Business Transformation (BT) activities, coach, and engage the organization's product owners, project managers, senior level executives, stakeholders, and end-users to prepare them for change created by the various organizational policy and technology enhancements.Ensure effective implementation of OCM/BT activities, support ongoing improvement efforts and implementation disciplines. Responsible for controlling the lifecycle of all changes across the organization.Develop and implement strategies for mentoring, motivating, and coaching affected resources throughout the change lifecycle. Responsible for enabling beneficial changes to be made, with minimum disruption to organizational services.Enablement of Change Management policy provisions and practice guidelines across the organization.Risk and Impact assessment. Conduct organizational assessments and diagnostics, leverage change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to develop training curriculums of the new policies, technologies, and other shifting features.Coordinate and conduct meetings with stakeholders to discuss changes.Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the change process.Ensure all necessary communication, coordination, documentation, and testing are complete prior to granting approval.Provide coaching to ensure adherence and compliance of Change Management policy and best practices to promote continuous improvement.Continuous improvement of the Change Management process by ensuring the process and procedure documents are updated to reflect all revisions/updates.Monitor and respond to the Change Management Team email box with peers.Develop, prepare, and execute communication plans (including presentations and ad hoc communication material) through the OCM/BT lifecycle.Develop, execute, and deliver workshops and training materials associated with comprehensive training approaches to train and communicate these change activities to/for the above referenced audiences/groups.Apply excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to solve highly complex issues with a very broad scope.Own the SharePoint or content management site for the OCM/BT initiative. Requirements:Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card (U.S. Permanent Resident) (As mandated by our government client).Must complete/pass/hold a Public Trust background investigation.Candidate must be local to the DC/MD/VA area (no convenience travel).Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification.10+ years of business experience including instructor led training and training documentation development experience.6+ years of direct experience leading and handling complex OCM/BT initiatives in similar role responsibilities as referenced above.Expert fluency in leading OCM methodologies, including Prosci ADKAR.Strong experience working across multiple stakeholder groups to achieve OCM/BT goals and objectives and delivering successfully on product requirements.Strong background in conducting organizational assessments and diagnostics.Strong training experience and experience maturing OCM/BT capabilities.Strong facilitation skills including design and delivery of presentations and workshop sessions in a virtual manner.Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and meeting facilitation, and negotiation skills, able to communicate effectively inside the organization, able to articulate complex operational challenges in an understandable way to any audience unfamiliar with departmental concepts.Excellent analytical skills.Ability to prioritize well, rearrange work priorities and schedules to accommodate sudden major changes, problems, or setbacks. Ability to develop new methods in situations in which established procedures are unavailable or inapplicable.BS/BA degree in a related field. Preferred Experience (A PLUS):Experience in a government and/or healthcare organization is a PLUS.Advanced degree with a focus in either education, public health, public policy, health policy, or health economics is a PLUS.PMP certification is a PLUS.Lean Six Sigma certification is a PLUS.SAFe Agile certification is a PLUS.
