Our utilities client is looking for a Change Management Consultant to join their team. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Pay Rate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr on W2 Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Change Management Consultant: Apply all aspects of change management using consistent change management methodologies and practices Perform routine change management consultations for projects, processes, and change initiatives Manage an assigned change portfolio independently and own allocations Adhere to department policies, procedures, and styles for consistent look and tone Collaborate and network with others to fully understand the business impacts Engage with stakeholders appropriately and professionally Requirements of the Change Management Consultant: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of relevant work experience Experience working with Agile and traditional development environments Experience with managing training content, logistics, facilitation Ability to support training plans and workshops as a project liaison and change expert Ability to work independently and act as a self-starter who is also safety conscious, reliable, and trustworthy Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and other Microsoft products, specifically Microsoft Teams and SharePoint A baseline level of Prosci (ADKAR) knowledge Strong leadership qualities such as negotiation, conflict management, and influencing skills Please be advised- If anyone reaches out to you about an open position connected with Eliassen Group, please confirm that they have an Eliassen.com email address and never provide personal or financial information to anyone who is not clearly associated with Eliassen Group.
