Chat Support Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

Mosaic is seeking a motivated and energetic Chat Support Assistant to join our growing team. This is a part-time remote position based in Phoenix, Arizona, US. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional chat support to our customers.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a customer-focused manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple chats simultaneously- Demonstrate emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized support

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently- High emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure- Motivated and energetic personality with a positive attitude- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection- Must be based in Phoenix, Arizona
