As a Chat Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction while effectively communicating the superior value of Lennar's products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly to incoming chat requests from customers, providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Problem Solving:** Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and professionalism, seeking to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Information Gathering:** Collect relevant information from customers to assist in their inquiries and to facilitate effective problem resolution.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system, including comments, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to escalate and resolve complex issues or inquiries.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- **Knowledge Maintenance:** Stay up-to-date with product information, services, and company policies to provide accurate assistance to customers.
- **Feedback Participation:** Engage in team meetings and training sessions, actively participating in discussions about best practices and sharing insights on customer interactions.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; any relevant coursework or training in customer service or communication is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, any experience in customer service or support roles is an added advantage.
