The CFO will be a key member of the senior management team, responsible for developing and presenting the annual budget, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring financial compliance with various entities, including government agencies.The CFO will be expected to exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization, be customer/client-focused, and demonstrate the ability to work independently with a high level of motivation.
The role also involves serving as the Chairperson of the Finance Committee and Plan Administrator and Trustee for the Retirement Plan.
Professional qualifications for the CFO position at the company include a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, 5 years' of related experience, and knowledge of payroll and accounting information systems.
A CPA, advanced degree, and HUD affordable housing experience are preferred.
