The CFO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for all financial aspects, including strategic planning, risk management, financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
This role requires a collaborative approach to achieve business and financial goals, as well as a strong focus on profit and loss management.
The CFO will also lead the procurement team, support the M&A process, and ensure the financial performance of the business unit is robustly measured and analyzed.
A data-driven culture is essential, and the CFO will be expected to provide leadership in this area, ensuring that business and financial information is accessible, timely, accurate, and relevant to the decision-making process.
Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
A minimum of 15 years' finance experience, particularly in medical device manufacturing or a highly regulated industry, is required, along with at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, M&A, and continuous improvement methodologies.
International manufacturing exposure, a strong background in public company operations, and experience in transformational leadership and change management are also essential.
The CFO will be expected to maintain internal controls, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and lead the finance strategy for the Diagnostics business unit.
