KLR Executive Search Group is proud to partner with Worthen Industries to identify the Company's new Chief Financial Officer. Founded in 1866, Worthen Industries is a family-owned and operated, highly diversified manufacturing company headquartered in Nashua, NH. Our Client designs and produces a wide variety of adhesives, coatings, laminated products, and extruded films for multiple markets such as apparel, automotive, medical, and label industries – including many Fortune 500 companies. Worthen operates five manufacturing plants in NH, MA, MI, and VA and has extensive operations in Asia.

Key Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will oversee the Accounting and Information Technology departments, budget preparation, and audit functions. Be a close business partner of the CEO, contributing to developing a new business-wide strategic plan and the senior leadership team's execution against that plan. Provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis, both written and oral, of financial and associated business information to the board. Effectively support the implementation of business systems to develop "best-in-class" KPI dashboards that provide insights and drive operational and financial performance. Job Qualifications: 10+ years' experience as Senior VP/CFO in a private or family-owned manufacturing business of at least $100 million in sales, with responsibility for leading and driving finance required. Eight to ten years of experience in financial management. Experience implementing and managing sophisticated ERP systems is strongly preferred. Prior experience in M&A/integration, tax planning, and leveraged loan credit agreements is preferred. Proven success in integrating market dynamics, customer needs, competitive strengths and weaknesses, and internal capabilities into a sound strategic plan. A strong "people-person" who works with integrity and ethics. Intellectual horsepower, analytical skills, and sound business judgment. Effectively influences actions and opinions of others by accepting feedback and giving appropriate recognition to others. An action-oriented self-starter who seeks opportunity and executes proactively. Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems. Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
