MGR Accounting Recruiters, a Teamshares Network company, is searching for a CFO for a client in southeast San Antonio.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior-level executive who is responsible for the financial management of a company. The CFO reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for developing and implementing the company's financial strategy. The CFO also oversees the company's accounting, Billing, and IT departments.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as experience in a leadership role. The CFO must be able to think strategically and make sound financial decisions. They must also be able to effectively communicate with the CEO, other senior executives, and the board of directors.
\n Responsibilities:Developing and implementing the company's financial strategyOverseeing the company's accounting, treasury, and risk management functionsPreparing and presenting financial reports to the CEO, board of directors, and other stakeholdersManaging the company's cash flow and working capitalProviding financial advice to the CEO and other senior executivesOverseeing the company's compliance with financial regulations Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of financial principles and practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA commitment to ethics and integrity
