About Company: The company develops, owns, and operates renewable energy facilities that use organic waste. Our mission is to convert the millions of tons of organic waste from food and beverage production plants into renewable energy, clean water, and healthy soil.

About the Position: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will proactively advocate for, create, and protect stakeholder equity value through the proficient management and supervision of all financial and risk management aspects of a high growth business.

Requirements: 10+ years experienceOperating CFO experience with a PE Backed (sponsor) company. Preference towards someone that has had a successful PE exit.Industry experience: High growth business operating in the renewable energy space.Must have experience with Tax Equity Financing, monetization of tax credits via the transfer market.
