As part of the Executive Leadership Team (Mosaic Leadership Council) reporting to the CEO, the ChiefInformation Officer (CIO) is responsible for providing the overall direction and leadership for the InformationTechnology strategy and function supporting the Mosaic network.
The CIO will lead technology strategy and transformation which includes alignment to business objectives,driving innovation and ensuring the effective implementation of technology solutions to enhance efficiency,productivity and competitiveness. This position requires collaboration and partnership with key stakeholdersto understand their technology needs and priorities while providing strategic guidance on technologysolutions and investments.
Responsibilities:
? Provides visionary leadership to align innovation and digital transformation initiatives with businessobjectives? Identifies emerging technologies and trends that can provide strategic advantages for the organization? Leads the integration and alignment of the organization's technology plan into business strategy, reviewsplan on scheduled cycle and makes updates as needed? Establishes data governance and architecture strategies, prioritizing end-user experience andorganizational data fluency? Ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure? Leads efforts to modernize and streamline technology platforms to enhance performance and reducecosts? Leads IT risk strategy and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, to includeCybersecurity & HIPAA? Establishes and enforces IT policies to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity and confidentiality? Champions digital innovation initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, andcompetitive advantage;? Leads the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and digital solutions that align with businessobjectives? Builds and maintains effective relationships with technology vendors, partners and service providers;? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field. Mastersdegree in one of these fields or Business Administration preferred.
? Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, including supervisory andmanagement experience and demonstrated leadership at the executive level. Healthcare experiencepreferred.
? Position location: Ideally located in the midwest or state where Mosaic operates.
