Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that boosts brand growth and client acquisition, leveraging AI for insights and optimization.Brand Building & PR: Craft and manage a robust PR strategy, leading sentiment analysis, media outreach, and reputation management.SEO & Web Traffic: Lead AI-enhanced SEO efforts to increase web traffic, optimize content, and improve rankings.PPC & Paid Media: Oversee targeted, AI-optimized PPC campaigns, refining ad strategies and spend for maximum impact.Content & Campaign Management: Shape and implement a cohesive content strategy, driving consistent brand messaging and customer engagement.Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of remote and in-office professionals, nurturing a high-performing and collaborative culture.Cross-Channel Campaigns: Drive multi-channel campaigns to enhance engagement and expand brand reach.Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics to track performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies for optimal results.Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
Leadership Experience: 10+ years in senior marketing roles, ideally as CMO or Head of Marketing.AI & Data Proficiency: Strong experience using AI for campaign management, insights, and analytics.Strategic Vision: Proven track record in scaling marketing functions, with real estate experience preferred.Remote Team Management: Expertise in managing and motivating remote and on-site teams, using AI-based collaboration tools.Communication & Analysis: Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.Your Perks: What's in it for you
