About The Role As the Chief Marketing Officer at EliseAI, you will lead the marketing department and spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy aimed at enhancing market share and driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. You will be a key leader in building out the next growth engine as we continue to scale the business.
Key Responsibilities Own all results from the marketing department, ensuring accountability for the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing initiatives and their impact on the company's overall objectives.Craft, articulate, and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and enhances its position in the market.Lead all aspects of marketing planning, including market analysis, branding, positioning, and segmentation strategies.Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to penetrate target markets deeply and effectively.Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimized customer journey experiences.Partner with sales operations and engineering teams to build out and optimize our tech stack (analytics, marketing automation, etc.).Develop and control the marketing budget, ensuring investments are made wisely to maximize ROI and meet financial targets.Establish robust analytics frameworks to measure and optimize the performance of all marketing initiatives, ensuring goals such as MQLs, pipeline impact, and customer engagement metrics are met or exceeded.Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and public engagements to enhance brand visibility and executive presence.Recruit and manage a world-class marketing team.Requirements 10+ years of B2B software experience in a senior leadership position, with a proven track record in demand-gen, content, and event marketing.Experience in scaling a hyper-growth start-up.Willing to work in person at NYC headquarters or San Francisco Office 4-5 days per week.Why Join Growth and impact. Job Compensation Range: The salary range for this role is $325,000 - $400,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
