Practice DescriptionFairview Health Services is seeking a full-time, 1.0 FTE Chief CRNA with a strong interest in a combination Pediatric/Adult practice to join the M Health University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital, which is internationally renowned for caring for children with common to complex health conditions.
The Chief CRNA will collaborate with the current Director of Nurse Anesthesia for the University of Minnesota Medical Center, and will oversee CRNAs at University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital.
Practice Details 0.3 FTE of Administrative practice and 0.7 FTE of Clinical practice.Wide variety of cases, both pediatric and adult.Opportunity to work with SRNAs.The CRNAs work collaboratively with Anesthesiologists.Scheduling is day, evening and night hours with a variety of shift lengths.As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our providers use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).As a non-profit organization, Fairview qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.Income Details We offer a comprehensive benefits package to also include generous time off, annual CME allowance, malpractice insurance, a retirement plan, and much more.Market competitive salary.M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, MN is known worldwide for innovative care for children who have common to complex medical conditions.

QualificationsA qualified candidate will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist training program.
Have a current Minnesota RN license and be board certified or eligible from the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
*Current leadership experience strongly preferred.
*Current pediatric anesthesia experience required.
