Class A Cdl Driver

Responsibilities:- Safely operate a variety of trucks, including but not limited to flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and tractor-trailers.- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts.- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while driving and operating equipment.- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules to ensure timely transportation of goods.- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents that occur.- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.Qualifications:- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the type of truck being operated.-Hazmat endorsement highly preferred- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role.- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.- Familiarity with different types of trucks such as flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and tractor-trailers.- Knowledge of forklift operation and loading/unloading procedures.- Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents.- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 50 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Paid time off* Referral program* Retirement planSupplemental Pay:* Bonus opportunities* Yearly bonusTrucking Driver Type:* Company driverTrucking Route:* Dedicated* LocalExperience:* Truck driving: 2 years (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Moab, UT 84532: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
