Highlights Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Care Coordinator for Scheduling to join our corporate support team. Our team supports our ABA therapy Learning Centers and diagnostic clinicians throughout the southeast.
* Experience in healthcare scheduling preferred Our Client Care Coordinator manages continual communication with learners, their families, and our clinical and support staff. Maintaining great relationships with staff, learners and their families, and referral sources is an important part of this role. Incredible communication skills and attention to detail are imperative for our fast-paced environment. Our mission is to reduce the wait times for diagnostic sessions and ABA therapy services for young children with Medicaid benefits. We treat each family with the urgency we would want if it were our own child.

POSITION OVERVIEW Communicate via multiple channels (phone, email, text) with parents/families of our clientsCommunicate schedule and changes with Learning Center staff, learner parents/families, and other Corporate Support Team members Work with Learning Center staff for staffing impacts of scheduling changesMaintain and review schedules in our EMR system (Central Reach)Maintain proper and complete documentation and reporting with integrity and confidentiality Audit schedules and hours for optimal learner impact and clinical team requirementsSuggest improvements and changes to improve team processes and customer care delivery
Maintain industry knowledge to keep skills current and for professional development Serve in occasional On Call rotation for optimal customer service with those we serve
Assist with other client services team functions Comply with Highlights Healthcare's vision, mission, and values QUALIFICATIONS • Strong communication skills in person, via phone, and in writing, convey9ing care and compassion for those we serve
• Medical scheduling experience, preferred
• Adherence to laws and best practices with regard to customers and data

• Ability to perform and adapt in a fast-paced, team environment, with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables, data tracking, and reporting) or willingness to learn
• Highly organized with attention to detail; results driven

• Excellent time management and high productivity
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player with flexibility and prioritization skills
• Experience with an EMR in the autism space, preferably Central Reach, or willingness to learn
