Client Relations Associate

Job description:

Norfolk Southern, a leading transportation company in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise- Conduct presentations to educate clients on the company's products and services- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support throughout their journey with Norfolk Southern- Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- Demonstrated experience in client relations or a customer-facing role- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
