Position Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to work closely with account managers, ensuring a seamless client experience with our laboratory services. This role involves managing client inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal departments, and providing exceptional customer service. Experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or with bloodwork is highly preferred, along with front-facing customer service experience. Strong problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities Perform front-end clean-up tasks.Manage client inquiries, orders, and samples, ensuring timely resolutions and thorough follow-up.Coordinate with internal departments to provide effective assistance and resolve client challenges.Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and challenges.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.Participate in team meetings and training sessions.Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or laboratory settings.Experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or with bloodwork is highly preferred.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management, including coordinating across departments to resolve client challenges and meet deadlines.Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail are critical.Familiarity with laboratory processes and terminology is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary:
Starting at $55,000 per year with a quarterly bonus based on account retention.
