Baker Hughes is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist, working remotely from San Diego, California. As an Entry Level Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions- Resolve client issues and complaints in a satisfactory and timely manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns- Maintain accurate client records and update internal databases with client information- Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices- Assist in the development of client communication materials and resources

Requirements:- Reliable and confident individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong teamwork and people management skills- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced work environment- Must have access to a secure internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home- Must be based in San Diego, California- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
