Client Relationship Consultant What we're looking for: An ambitious, smart, high energy, relationship salesperson to work with our existing bank and credit union clients to help them maximize our top-performing consumer checking solutions.
What it takes to be considered (the personal stuff): Ambitious, smart, high energy approach in a team environment3+ years of proven results selling into an established client baseA desire to build strong, long-term client partnerships that are mutually rewardingKnowledge of the banking/credit union/financial services industryExcellent presentation, consulting and training skills. You need to be able to effectively relate to and communicate with executive decision-makers, and educate and inspire front line retail bankersAn appreciation for the mobile app lifestyle – confident and knowledgeable in using a variety of mobile appsWilling to travel an average of 2-3 nights weeklyStrong problem-solving skillsBasic quantitative analysis skills - you have to know your way around basic spreadsheet templates. What else is required (the technical stuff): Bachelor's degree3+ years of sales experienceExperience selling services into banks and credit unions idealTechnologically proficient - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, WebEx, and Salesforce.com Compensation: Annual Salary: Based on individual/experience $90-110k, Annual Performance Bonus + Commissions up to 20% for year one of annual salary
