Job Description:
FirstEnergy is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Service Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting our client service team in various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.2. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction.4. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.5. Assist in the planning and execution of client events and initiatives.6. Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities.7. Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, filing documents, and handling correspondence.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.5. Experience in customer service or client relations.6. Persuasion and planning skills.7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
