**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Negotiation:** Engage with clients concerning service agreements and renewals, adeptly negotiating terms and ensuring alignment with company policies and client expectations.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and maintain reports on client interactions, concerns, and satisfaction metrics, providing insights to management for service improvement.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to relay client feedback and enhance service offerings.
- **Adaptability:** Adjust service techniques and approaches based on varying client preferences and situational demands, demonstrating flexibility in problem-solving.

**Requirements:**

**Education & Experience:**
- Associate degree or higher; relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in client service, customer support, or a related field.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to clients.
