Client Service Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

HollyFrontier is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative working from home in San Jose, California. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but confidence and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide outstanding customer service by exceeding expectations and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements- Utilize project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively- Make informed decisions to address customer concerns and provide solutions that promote customer satisfaction- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements:- Resilient and confident personality traits- Strong project management and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
