Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.2. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues.4. Provide product information and recommendations to clients based on their needs.5. Assist clients in placing orders and processing payments.6. Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our services.7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the client experience.8. Utilize creativity and strategic planning to develop innovative solutions for client needs.

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Resilient and independent personality traits.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Creativity and strategic planning abilities.5. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.7. High school diploma or equivalent.8. Must be located in Phoenix, Arizona.
