Job Description:

Nationwide is seeking a resourceful and resilient Client Support Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field. The Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing accurate and timely responses- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless client experience- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions- Monitor client accounts and communicate any updates or changes to clients- Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training and support as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred- 4+ years of experience in client support or a similar role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Resourceful and resilient personality traits- Soft skills in innovation and communication
