Job Description:United Continental Holdings is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Client Support Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer support and satisfaction to ensure our clients receive exceptional service at all times.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of client support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates- Handle escalated client issues and provide timely resolutions- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement- Develop and maintain client support policies and procedures- Conduct regular performance evaluations of client support team members- Create and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the client support team- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 7+ years of experience in client support or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing a team- Driven and energetic personality- Excellent planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities- Experience working in a customer-focused role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to travel occasionally as needed
