Job Description:

Fidelity National Financial is currently seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.- Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for client support and communication.

Requirements:- Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Hardworking attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively.- Strong organizational and planning skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
