Job Description:

NVR is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, passionate, and possess strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner- Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction with our products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns- Assist in project management initiatives to improve client experience- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 1+ years of experience in customer service or client support- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
