Position: Clinical Contract Associate - Remote
We are seeking a motivated Clinical Contract Associate to join our team and support our Instruments division. As a Clinical Contract Associate (CCA) Level 1, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of clinical trials, adhering to federal regulations, company policies, and procedural standards. This position involves serving as the main liaison with site personnel and managing various aspects of clinical studies, from site selection to study closure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts for clinical research, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, corporate policies, and department procedures.
- Conduct audits of existing contracts to ensure compliance and facilitate negotiation of contract terms for new agreements.
- Track payments and process requests for timely payment to investigative sites, maintaining open communication throughout the process.
- Process contract amendments and requests for new research proposals, coordinating internal reviews and approvals.
- Initiate new contracts for approved research projects, including budget negotiation and compliance assurance.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, health sciences, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in clinical research, medical devices, contracting, or finance.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with legal contracts.
- Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation:
- Salary: $75,300.00 - $156,900.00 (plus bonus eligibility and benefits). Actual pay may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
