Job description

Sandstone Psychology is looking for a well-trained and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic team.
We want a BCBA that is driven and can help oversee the services in the Manti/Ephraim area.
This role offers opportunities for advancement with flexibility in schedule and workload.
Responsibilities:

Find ways to participate in community events.
Design and oversee treatment plans for those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Train staff and caregivers on ABA principles and individual treatment plans.
Conduct intake assessments and re-assessments.
Keep detailed case notes in accordance with Utah State Law and professional ethical guidelines.
Effectively manage a caseload while maintaining an adequate life balance/self-care.
Stay current/up to date with continuing education and licensure requirements.
Engage in consultations/collaborate with other providers.
Participate and contribute during team meetings.
Engage in projects meant to improve service delivery and other important areas of autism work.
Required Education and Work Experience:

Master's degree in a related field (required)

BCBA certification (required)

Job Type: Full-time, Part-Time + bonus

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour + bonuses

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Annual Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
