Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical care of clients, providing supervision, and ensuring the highest standard of service. This role involves signing off on clinical notes, developing treatment plans, and maintaining periodic contact with clients to monitor progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and sign off on clinical notes for accuracy and compliance.
Meet with each client for a total of 2 hours during their stay to assess progress, address concerns, and create individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with therapists and other staff to ensure clients receive comprehensive and effective care.
Oversee the quality of clinical documentation to ensure it aligns with best practices and regulatory standards.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the clinical team.
Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC (required).
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
Prior experience in a leadership or director role is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a remote team.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and clinical documentation.
