Lead Clinical Operations: Manage and optimize daily clinical functions, driving quality care and compliance throughout the Richmond area. Mentor and Manage Staff: Oversee and coach RNs, PTs, OTs and more amazing clinical staff team members. Empower your to achieve key health goals and enhance patient outcomes. Enhance Patient Care: Spearhead initiatives to minimize risks, cut costs, and elevate clinical quality and efficiency. Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside internal leaders and external partners to fortify relationships and track performance. Ensure Compliance: Conduct in-depth evaluations to maintain adherence to state and federal regulations. Virginia RN or LVN License with an active driver's license and reliable transportation. 5+ Years of RN Experience, especially in home health. Leadership Abilities to inspire and guide clinical staff, maintaining high standards of care. Organizational & Communication Skills to manage a dynamic environment and complex regulations.
