Riam Recruiting has the pleasure of partnering with a well-known behavioral and mental health company based in Southern California. With locations in five states, the company has been in business for almost 60 years.
Our client is located in Ceres, CA (close to Modesto) and seeks a Clinical Director for its 16-bed Inpatient Psychiatric Health Facility. In this mid-level management position, and under the direct supervision of the Administrator, the Clinical Director provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to the multidisciplinary team and programs. This role also assists the Administrator with quality improvement duties.
The unit is involuntary, and there are currently around 150 employees. This role will oversee five employees, including social workers, peers, and interns. You will also work closely with the Director of Nursing, who oversees the nursing and tech staff.
Requirements: An LCSWAt least 1-2 years of leadership experienceWith a lower cost of living than bigger California cities, Ceres (which has around 50,000 people) is a beautiful location and the home of a new agricultural center.
Compensation: The pay range is $98,000-$122,000. They also offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus; additional may be available for relocation.
