The successful candidate will be involved with developing, testing, integrating, training, and fielding modernized medical software packages to operational medical forces worldwide. ManTech is seeking a Clinical Integration Technical Lead , with knowledge of Army medical care procedures and experience providing advice and consultation to software development and integration processes to join our team. This position is remote with occasional travel to the customer's site located in Ft. Detrick, MD. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide consultation, review and analysis, and advice to teams developing, testing, integrating, training, and fielding modernized medical software packages to Army operational medical forces worldwide Lead team of Clinical Integration Technicians supporting OMIS-A supporting testing, integrating, and fielding Joint-provided software and development, testing, integrating, and fielding Army-specific software Prepare service testers for major system test and evaluation events Develop performance parameters and requirements for clinical documentation, operational medicine legacy system and future capabilities to include but not limited to artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), etc. and evaluate actual performance against those parameters and requirements Apply knowledge of the Army's 10 medical functions, DOD and Army legacy and future Operational Medical software applications, operational medicine system of systems functional integration and the ability to identify risk, and PII and PHI compliance requirements to support rapid Agile/DevSecOps development and integration of software solutions Identify risk associated with clinical integration and development, testing, integration, training, and fielding modernized operational medicine software packages to Army deployable medical units Maintain currency in clinical integration Serve as the primary liaison to JOMIS on issues of clinical integration Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree A minimum of five (5) years related experience in a government healthcare environment (DOD or VA) Experience in the Army theatre Knowledge of Operational Medical capabilities for documentation and consultation for a variety of platforms and configurations Experienced, credentialed clinician with knowledge of DoD (preferably Army) medical care processes (MD, PA, RN, etc.) Experience in preparing service testers for major system testing events, e.g., Multiservice Operational Test & Evaluation Experience in developing and evaluating performance parameters and requirements for clinical documentation, operational medicine legacy system. Preferred experience relevant to future capabilities include but not limited to artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), etc. Experience in supporting rapid Agile/DevSecOps development and integration of software solutions that support activities defined by the Army's 10 Medical Functions in cooperation with other agencies Knowledge of DOD and Army legacy and future Operational Medical software applications Knowledge in operational medicine system of systems functional integration and the ability to identify risk Knowledge of PII and PHI compliance requirements Periodic travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations may be required Preferred Qualifications: Master's Health Informatics (or equivalent) A minimum of (7) seven years related experience in a government healthcare environment (DOD or VA). Security Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance A current Security clearance is preferred.
