Clinical Social Worker, Msw, Licsw Cape Program

This is a full-time social work role in the CAPE (Critical Care, Anesthesia, Perioperative, and Home Ventilation) Program. The program promotes high-quality, coordinated care to improve the lives of children who require long-term ventilator assistance and their families.
