Description/Job Summary

This position is summer internship focusing on administrative supporting tasks for department:

Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities

Performing variety of following or similar clerical duties

Utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures

Copies data and compiles records and reports

Filing, sorting and scanning documents

Minimum Requirement:

High School Graduate or High School enrolled Senior

Proficiency with technology (scanner, fax, computers, printers)

Proficiency with microsoft office suite (preferably microsoft excel, word and outlook)

Must have regular, reliable attendance as well as the ability to work outside the regular schedule as required.

Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and customer service; behave professionally; treat others with respect and dignity.

Physical requirements include duties common to a regular office environment.

Must have good oral and written communication skills
