We are a family owned and operated new car dealership and are in immediate need of an experienced Collision Center Manager. The ideal candidate should have a complete understanding of the day to day collision repair duties including estimating, production scheduling, parts ordering and meeting deadlines and cycle times.
Responsibilities:You will be required to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to the overall operation of the department including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.You will be responsible to recruit, recognize, train and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics and review prior months metrics to identify opportunities and trends.Conduct daily morning production meetings to focus on goals for the day to meet production commitments.Ensure that DRP accounts are properly managed and good relationships are maintained.Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the collision center. Report at weekly managers meetings.Oversee and maintain all parts orders, returns and credits.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for necessary parts and equipment.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.Requirements:3+ Years of Collision Center Management.Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.Advanced understanding and knowledge of current repair processes and procedures.Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers.We offer great benefits including medical, dental and life insurance.
