Responsibilities
• Assist with negotiations, scopes of work, change orders, submittals and RFIs• Help manage construction drawings, specifications and related documents• Take a leadership role in the QA/QC process, material expediting and tracking• Aid in the management of subcontractors and other team members• Build strong client/owner relationships and support business development efforts
Requirements
• Four-year degree within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations strongly preferred• 1+ experience in commercial/multifamily construction• Passion for construction and our industry• Must demonstrate a strong ability to:• Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, with a strong focus on audience appropriate business writing and verbal skills• Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for construction and our industry• Gather data, interpret it into meaningful information, and relay that information through clear, concise communication strategies; ability to see how pieces and processes fit into and affect the bigger picture/business model• Organize and manage tasks and priorities• Adapt and exercise flexibility with the ever-changing world of technology, design, means and methods• Collaborate with people of various backgrounds and styles• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
