A strong and reputuable community bank that covers the Milwaukee and Waukesha markets, is currently on the search for a strong Commercial Lender to join their Commercial group. This individual will be the face of the bank in the community. They are expected to attend networking events, be involved in the community, and build and maintain a strong portfolio of C&I, CRE, and SBA credits.
Responsibilities for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer
* Grow, develop, and manage a strong portfolio
* Will be able to do CRE, C&I, and SBA credits
* Dedicated community involvement
* Networking events
* Local Chambers and other professional organizations
* Increase market presence
* Provide a great customer experience
Qualifications for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer
* 5+ years of direct commercial lending experience
* Strong understanding of Credit Analysis and Underwriting
* Experience in generating new business
* Proven record of strong customer assistance
* Preferably a 4-year degree in a related field
