Job Overview Established Independent Insurance agency seeking a Commercial Lines Account Associate. Candidate must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and be well organized. This position is ideal for a self-starter and someone that is looking to grow their career.
Experience preferred. Training and licensing will be considered.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements Must have great computer skills with proficiency in basic Word and Excel skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail required. Ability to work independently and also within a team setting. Adaptive to mentoring and continual learning. Insurance related experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. NYS insurance brokers license preferred. Responsibilities Request, follow-up, and process policy endorsements. Verifies that documentation (policies and endorsements,) and the information requested are accurate. Issue Certificates of Insurance. Communicate directly with clients and carriers. Issue vehicle I.D. cards. Assist Account Executives with client servicing. Document management system via email, attachments, documents, correspondence. Applied EPIC experience a plus. Request loss runs. Order Motor Vehicle Reports.
