NOTE: This is an attorney role. Please apply only if you are a licensed attorney. About the Role Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate with 6-8 years of experience to join their thriving Commercial Litigation Group in Phoenix, AZ.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in handling complex business and commercial litigation matters, including:
Managing multiple cases and overseeing day-to-day client and matter management.
Researching complex legal issues and preparing detailed legal memoranda.
Drafting and arguing motions before the court.
Drafting and responding to discovery requests. Taking and defending depositions. QualificationsStrong academic credentials.
Demonstrated ability to lead litigation matters independently.
Enthusiasm, dedication, and the skill set required for partnership potential.
Experience in complex commercial litigation is essential.
Admission to the Arizona Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
