Commercial Litigation Attorney

Reputable boutique law firm seeks an experienced and proactive Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their legal team.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling litigation and have experience in breach of contract cases, finance and lender liability disputes, intellectual property, or entertainment matters.
All applicants must have a solid academic record from an ABA-accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in California.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in California
Proven experience as a business/ commercial litigation attorney
Demonstrated ability to handle commercial-related litigation cases, from pre-litigation through trial.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent oral advocacy skills for effective representation in court.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and negotiations.
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Collaborative mindset with effective teamwork skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving construction projects and legal requirements.
Salary
$180,000 - $225,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications
