Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Commercial Painting, Project Management, Estimating, Coatings Paint, and Coatings.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing construction and renovation projects from start to finishCreating detailed estimates for proposed projectsScheduling and coordinating resources and subcontractorsControlling and monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and keeping stakeholders informedPreparing, submitting, and managing project invoices and paymentsMaintaining and updating project records, including progress reports and budget tracking
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Project Management and EstimatingStrong understanding of Commercial Painting, Coatings Paint, and CoatingsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsKnowledge of financial and project management software is a plus
