Communications Professional

Internal Communications Specialist focuses on a broad range of communications responsibilities, emphasizing internal and executive communications. The role involves creating experiences that engage IBMers specifically in company strategy and their contributions to business and client success.

Key Responsibilities:
Production of content for internal audiences and relationships with different internal business areas;
Planning of events and activities with internal audiences;
Alignment and planning of campaigns aligned with times Latin America and Global;
Knowledge of local printing and the strategic focus of each internal channel;
Content production: internal communications;
Development of strategies and campaigns;
Review, editing of content and planning according to calenda of communications;
interact with different business units, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, Procurement,…)
Measure internal communications channels impact through surveys;
Planning events and actions with internal audiences.
Coordination, planning and execution of campaigns/programs based on organizational cultural and employee engagement.
Social media campaigns coordination aligned business strategy, the regional and global Social Media teams;
Develop advocacy program
