Education and Experience:
--Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent combination of education and experience
--Experience with special needs adults/children particularly adults/children with severe behaviors
--Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, OCD among others preferred
--Proficiency in use and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Other Requirements:
--Valid driver's license and auto insurance
--Pass all required federal, state and company required background checks
--Must complete and pass all required training courses as directed by the agency
Physical Demands: The incumbent must be able to perform these essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations-
--Talk, stand, walk, run, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb stairs and get in and out of vehicles
--Lift, move or exert force equivalent to up to 50 pounds if needed
--Move from one area on site to another quickly and without hesitation
--Successfully perform crisis maneuvers as required by training courses
